阿姆斯特丹機場酒店 (HOTELUX Amsterdam Airport Hotel)

簡陋，衞生環境非常一般甚至可以説是差，沒有車的話出行不方便。旺季漲價後價格也不算低了，建議多加點錢換周邊酒店吧。

酒店設施還在裝修中,工作人員的服務態度很好,有免費停車場,酒店範圍冇什麼餐館,價錢還可以

服務周到，房間整潔，設施完備。中文服務是其一大特色，提供自行車服務這一項，對客人來説非常實用。

一切正常 可以免費停車 暫時不能就餐 也沒有穿梭大巴。

Bastante pobre las terminaciones, nos dieron una habitacion a medias de terminar. Las camas al menos eran comodas y el personal amable. Las camas volvimos y nos las hicieron de esta forma. Ademas que solo nos dejaron una toalla y eramos dos

Goeie locatie, alleen parking is klein en erg donker. Ook staat het vol met oude spullen en zeecontainers van verbouwing denk ik. Je ziet dat ze in het hotel ook nog aan het renoveren zijn, de kamers zijn gedaan maar niet netjes afgewerkt. De kamer is voor de rest oké maar weinig opties: geen koffie geen telefoon voor de receptie te bellen evt. geen koelkast en in de badkamer weinig plaats voor je spullen. Ook heel gehorig de wifi voor de tv is waardeloos loopt hele tijd vast. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The cleaner did not change our beddings several times despite we put to make up our room. Secondly, I have to go down to the reception to get the towels and toiletries it was missed to replace it. There is no rug in the toilet (with shower ) and so it end up messy. The 4th floor, beside the elevator has a broken wooden floor. There is no tea or coffee on the room provided. You have to buy it in the reception.  There is a woman in the reception that is rude. Giving a false information. The Hotel is too far in the city centre.

Hotel claims to be at Schiphol airport. But in fact it’s far from the airport. The is no airport shuttle service and by public transport it takes almost an hour to get there including a steep walk. Restaurant being renovated so no food. TV in the room has no cable connection so quite useless. Shower drain not working so flooded bathroom. Staff claims to look at it but that’s probably all they did as the problem wasn’t fixed. Staff is friendly but basically offers no service. Definitely I would advise against staying here unless you have a car.

I was impressed with the facilities I saw at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The environment was beautiful. The staff were lovely.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, Room Number 214 and I would not recommend it to anyone. Here’s why: - The hotel is located far from the city, making it inconvenient if you want to explore or access any services. - The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the experience worse. - I asked the hotel representative what is the best way to travel to city or to reach to the hotel, he said Google is having accurate information, just imagine we all know we can get the info in Google but I asked just to get some tips, some times Google doesn't show up. - The cleanliness of the hotel was below standard, and it felt unkempt throughout. - Only one lift was operational, and you had to wait a long time to go up or come down. - Basic amenities like tea and coffee were chargeable, which is absurd for a hotel of this caliber which is located on the outskirts. - There are no stores nearby, so if you need anything, you have to travel 20 minutes just to find something basic. - When we had an issue with the TV, the staff promised someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Just imagine being stuck in a location where nothing is easily accessible, and the staff aren’t helpful. It felt like I was stranded in an unfamiliar place with no support, and that made the whole stay extremely unpleasant.
